Heart failure patients wanted for major Real-World CCM therapy registry

Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow 5,500 people with heart failure who receive a special heart device called CCM. The goal is to see how well the device works and how safe it is over time in real-world settings. Researchers will track hospitalizations, complications, and overall health outcomes for up to 5 years.
