Summary
This study tests whether cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can reduce impulsivity and risk-taking in young people aged 12-24 who have trouble sleeping. Researchers will measure changes in impulsive behavior and sleep quality. The goal is to see if improving sleep can help prevent harmful outcomes like substance abuse.
