Summary

This study tests whether a type of talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can also reduce impulsive behavior and risk-taking in young people aged 12 to 24. Researchers will measure changes in impulsivity and sleep quality over time. The goal is to see if improving sleep can help prevent harmful outcomes like substance abuse.
