Summary

This study tested three types of cognitive behavioral therapy (relaxation, activity planning, and changing thoughts) delivered by video call to help with fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. 21 adults with MS and chronic fatigue took part. The goal was to see if the therapy was acceptable, practical, and had early signs of reducing fatigue.
