Summary
This study tests whether hemp-derived CBD (with or without THC) can reduce harm from cannabis use in adults aged 60 and older who have sleep, anxiety, depression, or pain issues. Participants will be randomly assigned to take CBD+THC, CBD alone, or a placebo for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if CBD improves balance, mood, pain, and thinking, while reducing reliance on other medications.
