Summary

This study tests whether cannabidiol (CBD), a compound from cannabis, can help people who want to quit smoking reduce their cigarette use. Researchers will give 120 adults either CBD or a placebo twice daily for 56 days, and measure nicotine levels and smoking behavior. The goal is to find new ways to help people stop smoking when current treatments don't work.
