Summary
This study tests whether a daily 200 mg dose of cannabidiol (CBD) for 12 weeks can reduce inflammation, ease pain, improve sleep, and boost quality of life in 100 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes. Participants must be 18-40, train at least 3 times a week, and have no recent cannabis use. The results will help determine if CBD is a safe and effective recovery aid for combat sports.
