Tracking life support outcomes across caribbean islands

Summary
This study creates a registry to track outcomes for patients receiving ECMO life support in the Caribbean region. It will follow 1,200 patients with severe heart or lung failure who need this advanced treatment. The main goal is to understand survival rates and complications to improve care across islands with limited medical resources.
