Summary
This study is looking at whether detailed heart imaging can help predict heart problems in people with liver cirrhosis who undergo a procedure called TIPSS, which creates a shunt to relieve pressure in the liver. Participants will have heart MRIs and echocardiograms before, shortly after, and three months after the procedure, along with blood tests. The goal is to see how often heart decompensation occurs and what changes in the heart or blood might be linked to it.
