Summary

This study tests a special type of radiation called carbon ion radiotherapy in 33 frail patients with pancreatic cancer who cannot have surgery or standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can help them live longer and control the tumor with fewer side effects. Researchers will track survival, tumor response, and quality of life.
