Summary
This study tests a precise form of radiation called carbon ion radiotherapy in 33 frail adults with pancreatic cancer who cannot have surgery or standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can help them live longer and control the tumor with fewer side effects. Participants will be followed for survival, tumor response, and quality of life.
