Summary
This trial tests a 4th-generation safety-engineered CAR T cell therapy for people with relapsed or late-stage sarcomas, including osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma. Participants receive a single infusion of these immune cells designed to target and attack sarcoma cells. The study aims to see if the treatment is safe and whether it can help control the disease.
