Summary
This study tests whether taking cannabidiol (CBD) every night for four weeks can improve sleep quality and reduce alcohol cravings and use. Fifty-eight adults with poor sleep and hazardous drinking will take either CBD or a placebo. Participants will wear activity monitors, complete sleep tests, and report their mood and drinking habits.
