Cancer clock: does morning or afternoon treatment work better?

Summary

This study is testing whether the time of day a standard immunotherapy treatment is given affects how well it works for people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to see if a patient's internal body clock influences the treatment's effectiveness. About 160 participants with specific advanced cancers will be randomly assigned to receive their immunotherapy either in the morning or the afternoon for their first four doses.
