Summary
This study compares two drugs, infliximab and vedolizumab, to treat severe colon inflammation and diarrhea caused by cancer immunotherapy drugs. The trial involves 47 patients with melanoma, lung cancer, or urinary cancers who developed these side effects. Researchers aim to find which treatment works better to control the inflammation while allowing patients to continue their cancer therapy.
