Summary

This study is testing a combination of three treatments—an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab), a new immune-stimulating drug (BDB001), and targeted radiation—to see if they can better control advanced solid tumors. It is enrolling 247 adults with specific advanced cancers, including pancreatic, lung, and breast cancer, who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goal is to see if this combination can stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months.
