This trial tests whether a prenatal exercise program that combines Liuzijue qigong with traditional Kegel exercises, guided by a mobile app, can prevent postpartum urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Pregnant women in their third trimester will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: the combined qigong-and-Kegel program, app-supervised Kegel exercises alone, or routine prenatal care with only verbal instructions.
