Summary
This study looks at whether using a handheld stress management device called CalmiGo, alongside standard cardiac rehab, can improve blood vessel health and lower stress in people who recently had a heart attack. About 100 adults will use the device for 12 weeks while researchers check their blood vessel function, stress levels, and overall well-being. The goal is to see if adding this simple tool helps recovery more than rehab alone.
