First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether placing cabbage leaves on the knee can reduce pain and improve movement and quality of life in people with knee osteoarthritis. Ninety adults with knee pain for at least 6 months will be split into three groups: two groups get different cabbage leaf treatments daily for 4 weeks, and one group gets usual care only. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost home remedy offers real symptom relief.
