Summary

This small study tested whether wearing bright light glasses each morning could improve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and reduce leaky gut. Five adults with IBS used the light device for two weeks. The goal was to see if the light therapy eases belly pain, bloating, and other IBS issues by fixing the body's internal clock.
