Summary

This study tests whether a short behavioral treatment delivered over Zoom can help adults with fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic pelvic pain, or chronic low back pain learn ways to reduce pain and disability. About 125 participants will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves pain intensity and fear of movement.
