Summary
This study is a registry that will follow up to 5000 people who received a liver transplant after the donated liver was treated with the VitaSmart HOPE system. The device keeps the liver cool and oxygenated outside the body to improve its condition before transplant. Researchers will track how well the liver and patient are doing for up to 5 years after surgery. The goal is to see how safe and effective the device is in everyday hospital use.
