First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adjusting the dose of a blood thinner called cangrelor based on individual test results can better control clotting risk in people with coronary artery disease who are waiting for surgery. About 50 adults will receive either a standard or personalized dose. The goal is to find the right balance to prevent both clots and bleeding.
