Summary
This study tests a new medicine called brenipatide to see if it can help adults who have recently quit smoking avoid relapsing. About 222 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers will track who stays smoke-free using carbon monoxide tests. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to support long-term smoking cessation.
