Simple breathing workouts could help heart failure patients get stronger faster

Summary

This study tests whether special breathing exercises can improve breathing muscle strength in people hospitalized for heart failure. About 30 adults will either do breathing exercises with resistance or without. The goal is to see if this safe, simple training helps them feel better and recover faster.
