Summary
This study looked at whether adding diaphragmatic breathing to trunk stabilization exercises helps people with chronic low back pain more than trunk exercises alone. Thirty adults with at least 3 months of back pain took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, and muscle activity to see if the combined approach offered extra relief.
