Summary

This study is testing a device called the Genio® System, which is implanted under the chin to help keep the airway open during sleep. It is for adults with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea who cannot use or have failed standard treatments like CPAP machines. The study will follow 229 participants for up to 5 years to see if the device safely reduces breathing pauses and improves oxygen levels.
