Scientists probe why breast cancer may harm Women's future fertility

NCT ID NCT07148141

Summary

This study aims to understand how breast cancer itself might affect a woman's eggs and her response to fertility-preserving hormone treatments. Researchers will compare egg cells and fluid from 100 women with breast cancer to those from healthy donors to see if the cancer disrupts important biological processes. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve fertility preservation strategies for young breast cancer patients in the future.
