VA tests High-Tech brain games to help veterans recover from mental illness

Summary
This study is testing a computer-based brain training program for veterans with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. The goal is to see if this training can improve thinking skills, reduce symptoms, and help with daily life activities. Researchers will also use brain wave tests to try to predict which veterans might benefit most from the training.
