Summary

This study is collecting real-world information on how a specific brain ablation procedure affects patients' quality of life. It will follow 200 people with Parkinson's disease, dystonia, or essential tremor who are scheduled to receive the treatment. The goal is to understand the practical outcomes of this already-approved medical device.
