New attack on breast cancer in the brain
NCT ID NCT07454668
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of combining a targeted cancer drug (Trastuzumab Deruxtecan) with precise radiation therapy for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer in the brain and body. Researchers will first find the safest dose before checking how well it works.
