Scientists probe Brain's memory clock in epilepsy patients

Summary
This study aims to understand how a drug called scopolamine affects brain activity during memory tasks. Researchers will work with 60 adults who have epilepsy and already have electrodes implanted in their brains for medical monitoring. Participants will complete memory games on two different days—once after receiving the drug and once after receiving a placebo saline solution—so scientists can compare the resulting brain signals.
