Summary

This study tests a brain implant that records signals from the movement area of the brain and stimulates the sensory area. The goal is to help people with severe arm or hand paralysis from spinal cord injury, stroke, or amputation control external devices like computers or robotic arms. Up to 30 participants will be implanted and followed for 12 months to check safety and how well the device works.
