Summary

This study looks at how lactate, a brain fuel, affects blood flow to the brain in people with and without obesity. Researchers will measure brain blood flow and lactate levels during exercise in 24 healthy adults. The goal is to understand if short-term exercise training can improve lactate metabolism and brain blood flow in people with obesity.
