Brain training for better eating: new study targets obesity

Summary

This study tests whether special behavioral exercises can change how your brain reacts to food, helping you eat less and lose weight. About 228 adults with a BMI of 27 or higher will participate. Researchers will use brain scans and food diaries to see if these exercises work.
