This study tests whether adding the experimental drug BPM31510 (with vitamin K1) to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma live longer without their cancer growing. About 50 adults with this aggressive brain tumor will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the treatment improves progression-free survival and overall survival.
