First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug called BPM31510 (with vitamin K1) to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 50 adults will receive the combination, and researchers will track how long the cancer stays under control and overall survival. The goal is to see if the added drug improves outcomes without causing severe side effects.
