Summary
This study looks at how bone may influence citrate levels in urine, which is important for kidney stone prevention. Researchers will study 25 people with osteoporosis who have not yet been treated. They will measure bone density and turnover, then give a citrate supplement to see how urine citrate changes. The goal is to find new ways to understand and treat low urine citrate.
