Summary

This study tests whether teaching new mothers better posture and breastfeeding positions can reduce shoulder and back pain. 94 breastfeeding mothers who gave birth vaginally will be randomly assigned to receive the training or not. Researchers will measure pain and ergonomic risk at 6 weeks and 3 months after leaving the hospital.
