First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 02, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a gentle movement program called Body Awareness Therapy (BAT) can help young adults (ages 20-30) who feel very stressed. Over 8 weeks, one group does BAT twice a week while another group does nothing new. Researchers will measure changes in balance, sleep quality, mood, and physical function. The goal is to see if this simple, group-based therapy can ease stress and improve daily life.
