This study tests whether a medication given as a nose spray (dexmedetomidine) can keep blood pressure stable in elderly patients with high blood pressure who are having cataract surgery. About 126 people aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to see if the spray reduces dangerous blood pressure swings and improves safety and satisfaction during the procedure.
