First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a physical therapy technique that uses a cuff to slightly restrict blood flow during exercise. The goal was to see if it could safely improve muscle strength and reduce pain in people with hemophilia who have ankle joint damage. 31 adults with hemophilia A or B took part. The results will help determine if this approach is a safe and effective way to ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
