One-Time bladder treatment after kidney surgery may stop cancer comeback

Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of the drug disitamab vedotin, given directly into the bladder right after kidney removal surgery, can prevent bladder cancer from coming back. It involves 49 adults with HER2-positive upper tract cancer who are at risk for recurrence. The main goal is to see how many people stay cancer-free in the bladder for at least 12 months.
