This study follows 2500 people with a rare cancer of the kidney's upper urinary tract (UTUC) to see if kidney-sparing surgery works as well as removing the whole kidney. Researchers will track survival, cancer return, kidney function, and quality of life over 10 years. Anyone diagnosed with UTUC can join, and the goal is to improve treatment guidelines.
