New cancer gel shows promise for rare urinary tract tumors

Summary
This study tests a new gel-like drug, UGN-104, placed directly into the upper urinary tract to treat low-grade cancer. About 70 adults with small tumors will receive the treatment to see if it can completely eliminate visible cancer. The goal is to control the disease and avoid more invasive surgery.
