New cancer gel targets rare urinary tract tumors without surgery

Summary
This study tests a new version of a cancer drug called UGN-104, given directly into the upper urinary tract, for people with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer. The goal is to see if it can completely eliminate visible tumors and keep the cancer from coming back. About 70 adults with small tumors (15 mm or less) will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor how long any response lasts.
