NCT ID NCT04564781
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study is testing a new urine test to see if it can predict which bladder cancer patients will respond well to a standard treatment called BCG. Currently, about half of patients do not respond to BCG, leading to more treatments or surgery. The goal is to use this test to help doctors choose the right treatment from the start. The study involves 400 adults with intermediate or high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
