First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at how blood test results change after delivery in people with severe preeclampsia. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either 12 or 24 hours of magnesium sulfate, the standard treatment. Researchers will collect blood samples to track recovery and see if a shorter treatment is safe and effective. About 100 people aged 18–45 will take part while in the hospital.
