Summary
This study is testing whether taking a low-dose aspirin (81 mg) daily for three weeks after giving birth can improve blood vessel function in women who had severe preeclampsia. About 100 women will be randomly assigned to receive either aspirin or a placebo. The main goal is to see if aspirin helps the lining of blood vessels work better, which might lower the risk of long-term heart problems.
