Summary
This study tests whether adding a blood thinner (low molecular weight heparin) to daily low-dose aspirin can better prevent preeclampsia in pregnant women at high risk. Preeclampsia is a dangerous condition involving high blood pressure and organ damage. The trial will enroll 100 women early in pregnancy and compare the combination to aspirin alone.
