First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at 200 people with schizophrenia who are starting clozapine, a medication for tough-to-treat cases. Researchers will check brain scans, spinal fluid, and blood before and after 12 weeks of treatment to find markers that show why clozapine works. The goal is to learn more about the disease, not to test a new treatment.
