New study: heart rate training eases IBD stress in teens

Summary
This study tests a virtual group program that teaches teens with IBD coping skills and heart rate biofeedback to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. About 128 teens aged 13-18 with IBD will be randomly assigned to the program or a waitlist. The goal is to see if the program improves emotional well-being and disease management.
