Summary
This study will test if a biofeedback breathing system called Freespira can reduce anxiety and panic symptoms in 73 children and teens aged 9 to 17. Participants must have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and a high score on a standard anxiety screening test. The main goal is to see if the device helps lower anxiety scores over time.
