Summary
This study looked at whether a three-month supervised exercise program can improve blood sugar levels, body fat, and fitness in men with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or obesity. Three hundred sedentary men aged 35-65 took part in regular training sessions at a fitness center. The goal was to see how different stages of blood sugar problems respond to exercise.
